Friday May 2 is  SOLD OUT!   A Weekend with Wendell and Friends 

Wendell Berry, the renowned novelist, poet, environmental activist, cultural critic and farmer will be making a rare public appearance in Nashville on the weekend of May 2-3. On Friday evening he will be the featured guest at a ticketed benefit for Siloam Family Health Center - SOLD OUT.

Saturday, May 3, the thread of conversation will continue at a morning conference at St. George’s Episcopal Church featuring Professor Wirzba’s keynote presentation titled “Food and Faith: A Matter of Health and Wholeness.”  There will be informal responses from Wendell Berry and Professor Ellen Davis (Distinguished Professor of Bible and Practical Theology at Duke). The morning event is open to the public with no charge. Doors will open at 8:15am and the morning’s session starts 8:45am ending at 11:30am. Christ Church Cathedral is co-hosting this event.

May 8-10, 2014, Christian Community Health Fellowship annual conference will take place in Atlanta, GA.  The mission of CCHF is to educate, encourage and equip Christians to live out the gospel through healthcare among the poor.  For more information, click here to visit the CCHF website.
